How It Works

Order food online and begin earning points with every order.

How to Redeem Points

1. Place your online order (pick-up, dine-in, delivery) on
2. Add items to Order (Cart)
3. Proceed to Checkout
4. Complete Tip, Order Details and Info sections
5. In the Rewards section enter the Phone Number for your account and Submit
6. Enter the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from your mobile device
7. Select reward that to redeem on the order. Please note, an Eligible Item must be be in your Cart, for the reward to be presented for use (e.g. if you have 45 points available, you must have one of the eligible items in your cart, for the reward to be presented as available to redeem)
8. Complete your order

How to Claim Receipts

If you forgot to enter your phone number during check out on a mobile order (from our website), you may claim the Points for that transaction from the Handcraft Hospitality Club Member Portal.

 Visit our website  and click on “Sign In” at top of the page
2. Click on “+Add Points”
3. Enter the information from your Digital Receipt, including the Order Number (often prefaced with “#”), the Date of Purchase and the Purchase Total after discounts and tax (rather than the subtotal).
4. Click Upload
5. If all information is entered correctly from your Digital Receipt and your Order is not found, please contact
